All my recipes are gluten and dairy free and many are either already vegan (no animal products) or have a vegan option. Additionally, many recipes can be prepared without using other common allergens like corn, eggs, soy and nuts by substituting ingredients.  Please note that it is very important to read all labels on the ingredients you are using including the ones I recommend, as well as researching manufacturing processes of products in order to ensure safety from specific allergens. Allergen information is always being changed or updated by companies so it is important to stay current.
